You can now add a reaction to announcements to let me know what you think of updates, features, and anything new on E2C. As always, feel free to send me an email or chat on our Discord about what you'd like to see on E2C Store. Most of the new features I build originate from feedback from fellow sellers!

You can now invite others to help manage your store — no password sharing needed. Collaborators sign in with their own E2C account and get full access to products, orders, messages, and more. Payment settings stay owner-only.

Up to 10 collaborators per store. Find it under Settings → Collaborators. Docs.

Big update!

You can now create and manage up to 3 stores under a single E2C login. Each store is fully independent — its own products, orders, branding, and payment setup. Switch between them instantly from the account dropdown in your dashboard. See here on how to setup.

You can now preview every email your customers receive — order confirmations, shipping updates, cancellations, refunds, and more — all with sample order data so you see exactly what they see.

Find it under Settings → Email Previews.

Check "Remember this device" next time you verify a login, and we'll skip the 2FA prompt on that browser for 30 days. Disable 2FA anytime and every remembered device is revoked instantly — no stale trust left behind.

You can now attach a YouTube or Vimeo video to any product, service, or event. It shows up alongside your image carousel on the listing page, and you can choose whether it appears first or last in the media order.

Great for demos, trailers, tutorials, or just showing off what you're selling in action.

Find it in the Product Images section when editing any listing.

You can now add a custom message to your checkout page. It shows up right below the order summary — perfect for payment instructions, a support link, a discount note, anything you want buyers to see before they place their order.

Any links you include are clickable too.

Find it under Settings → Checkout in your admin.

Two small but useful updates to your Analytics page.

We've always filtered out bots behind the scenes to keep your data clean. You can now toggle that off if you want to see the unfiltered numbers.

We also added a Bots widget — see exactly which bots are crawling your store.

Both are live in your Analytics page now.

You can now add custom fields to your products. Up to 3 per product, each can be text or number, and you can mark them required or optional.

They show up on the product page so buyers can fill them in before adding to cart — great for personalization, custom orders, special instructions, anything like that.

Find it in your product settings when editing a product.
