We've just rolled out two big features:

1. Order Links: select multiple products in admin and generate an order link. Sharing this order link with customers adds your selected products directly to their carts and ready for checkout.
2. WhatsApp Integration: add your WhatsApp phone number in store settings and let your customers reach out to you directly from your store.

Hey, quick update. Storefronts, checkout and seller dashboards now load faster, and we've tightened login, 2FA, uploads and payment security behind the scenes.

We've added support to add/update products and categories for both API and MCP server. So your integrations or AI assistants can add your products, update their descriptions and more. Doc reference.

Added a new page in settings: Audit History. It shows the actions being taken on your store so you can monitor and see what's going on with your store. Especially useful for stores with multiple collaborators on your E2C Store.

We just launched a public API. If you want to pull your store's data into a spreadsheet, sync orders with another system, or hook it up to Zapier - you can now do that.

It covers orders, products, services, events, customers, and reports. Read-only for now, we've started working on add/edit part now.

Generate an API key under Settings → API Keys to get started, or check out the full docs at e2c.store/developers/api.

These past few days I've been getting dozens of feature requests, so we launched a Feature Requests page where you can suggest ideas and upvote what's already there. It should help us stay organized but also prioritize based on what the majority of you need. Thanks for all the support!

You can now connect Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini directly to your E2C store. Ask things like "what are my sales this week" or "do I have any low stock products" and get real answers from your actual store data.

It's read-only for now - your assistant can look things up but can't make changes. Find it under Settings → AI Integration for setup instructions.

Got some feedback this morning asking if stores could have their own subdomain instead of e2c.store/yourstore. It was already on our roadmap, so we just pushed it up and shipped it - your store is now accessible at yourstore.e2c.store too.

Both URLs work, nothing changes on your end.

It's an early release so if you run into any issues, let me know. And if you have feature requests, I'm all ears - you might be surprised how fast they ship. 🙃

Big one today: your products can now show up on Google Shopping, completely free. Head to Settings → Google Shopping to connect. You don't need your own Google Merchant Center account or any separate Google setup — we create and manage it for you behind the scenes, and hand you access to it directly.

This is a major step for E2C Store — it puts every seller's products in front of Google's shopping search traffic with just a few clicks. It's brand new, so you might run into a hiccup or two while we smooth things out. If something looks off, please report it to me directly, I'll fix it fast. Read detailed docs here.
