About Us
E2C is an early-stage startup building an e-commerce platform for small businesses. As a small team, we are focused on learning fast, building responsibly, and creating opportunities for students to gain real exposure to startup life.
About the Externship
This is a short-term, unpaid externship designed for students or participants who want to learn how early-stage startups operate. The program is education-first, focused on mentorship, observation, and guided learning rather than replacing paid roles. Individual participants will be assigned different tasks based on their interests and the company's needs.
What You’ll Learn
- How an early startup is structured and operates
- Exposure to areas like marketing, tech, or operations
- How ideas move from concept to execution
- How founders make decisions with limited resources
What You’ll Do
- Shadow team members and observe workflows
- Participate in learning sessions and discussions
- Assist with low-risk, non-critical tasks under guidance
- Work on small projects meant for skill development

Compensation
This is an unpaid externship. School credit or participation certificate may be supported where applicable. Students or Participants have opportunity to join the E2C Partner Program.
Duration and Time Commitment
- Duration: 4-8 weeks
- Time: 6-8 hours/week, flexible
