The moment payment is confirmed, E2C automatically sends the buyer an email containing a secure download link. There is no manual step required from you as the seller — delivery is fully automated.
Your files are never publicly accessible by URL. Every download link is unique to the buyer and expires automatically after a set period. Links also have a download limit, so they can't be passed around indefinitely.
E2C supports a wide range of file types including PDF, ZIP, MP3, WAV, MP4, PNG, JPG, SVG, EPUB, DOCX, XLSX, and more. The maximum file size is 25 MB per product.
Yes. You can mix physical and digital products freely in your E2C store. Digital products skip the shipping step at checkout automatically, while physical products follow the normal shipping flow.
Buyers can contact the seller directly if they lose their download email. The seller is able to resend the download link from the order dashboard.
No. Digital products are included in every E2C store at no extra cost. The standard 1.99% E2C transaction fee applies per sale — the same as physical products.
