Look first. Touch only what you allow.

Your assistant can answer questions about your store with read-only access. Give it edit access and it can build the whole store with you: products, photos, categories, design, pages, and policies. Allow orders too and it can mark orders shipped and reply to customers. It can't delete anything, touch payments, or issue a refund.

Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or any other AI assistant that supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP). You connect from the AI Integration settings page in your admin dashboard.

Only if you allow it. When you connect, you choose read-only access, or also letting your assistant build and edit your store (products, photos, design, pages, and store settings), and separately whether it can mark orders shipped and reply to customers. It can never delete anything, change your store name or currency, or move money, and every change it makes shows up in your audit history.

No. Connecting uses a standard OAuth sign-in flow — you approve the connection with your E2C account, and your password is never shared with or seen by the assistant.

Yes. Every connected app appears in your AI Integration settings, and you can disconnect any of them at any time with one click.

No. Copy your connection URL from the AI Integration settings page, paste it into your assistant's connector settings, and sign in. No code or technical setup required.
