What is E2C?

E2C is a free ecommerce platform for independent sellers and small businesses. You get your own online store with checkout, hosting and analytics built in, and pay 1.99% only when you make a card or PayPal sale. Makers, resellers, service providers, event hosts, local shops, non-profits and people selling through Instagram or WhatsApp all run stores on it.

Is it really free?

Yes. There are no monthly, setup or listing fees, and no credit card to sign up. When you make a card or PayPal sale we keep 1.99%. Stripe and PayPal charge their own processing fee, as they do everywhere.

Do I get my own website?

Yes. Your store lives at yourstore.e2c.store, or on your own domain if you connect one.

Do I need to know how to code or design?

No. Pick your colors, fonts and photos in Design Studio, or describe your shop and let AI build a first version for you to edit.

Where can I sell, and in what currency?

To buyers in any country. Your store can run in any of 16 currencies, including USD, CAD, EUR, GBP, AUD and INR.

Can you set it up for me?

Yes, for free. Tell us what you sell and our team builds your store, ready for you to review and launch.

Do you hold my money?

No. Card payments go straight to your own Stripe account and PayPal payments to your PayPal. We're never between you and your payout.

How is E2C different from Shopify or Etsy?

Shopify, Wix and Squarespace charge monthly whether you sell or not. Etsy charges per listing and you don't get your own store. E2C has neither, plus a spot on our Marketplace. Compare: Shopify, Etsy, Wix, Squarespace or others.

Can I move my store from Shopify or Etsy?

Yes, and we'll do it for you, free. Tell us where your store is and our team moves your products over.

Is E2C reliable?

Yes. We host every store, with SSL included, and keep it updated and backed up so there's nothing for you to maintain. Payments run through Stripe and PayPal, and you can check uptime anytime on our status page.

Am I locked in?

No. There are no contracts or commitments. You can pause or close your store whenever you like.
