Individual / BusinessThink of a name that represents your brand or the products you'll be selling.
Our system will check if the name is available. If it's taken, try a different variation until you find an available option.
Your custom store link is generated based on your E2C store name. For example, if your store is named "The Tech Depot", your store link would be "www.e2c.store/the-tech-depot".
Individual accounts: Let us know what to call you.
Business accounts: Tell us more about your business, such as your business name, phone and website (if applicable). Additionally, create a captivating bio to stand out in E2C search results.
Feel free to edit your store name if desired.
Select a primary currency for your store, this will be the default currency when users visit your store. If you wish to offer the option to shop in additional currencies, add them using the "Other Store Currencies" dropdown.
Select the countries you can ship to. By choosing specific countries, you control where users can place orders.
Including your address instills confidence in your customers, as it demonstrates transparency and authenticity, reinforcing trust in your online business.
Edit AddressChoose the specific days and time range during which you want pickup availability for your customers. Enter the pickup address where customers can collect their orders.
Offering pickup allows customers in your area to save on shipping costs, receive their orders more quickly and also help you reduce expenses.

Edit Pickup DetailsNavigate to "Payment Configuration" within your dashboard.
Click on "Begin Setup" for PayPal or Stripe to initiate the process.
If you already have a PayPal/Stripe account, you can easily link it to your E2C account by logging in. If you're new to PayPal/Stripe, you can create a new account, which will be automatically linked to your E2C account.
To start selling and accepting orders on your E2C Store, it's time to configure your payment settings.
Creating or linking a PayPal or Stripe account is essential for your E2C Store as it enables seamless and secure payment processing. Additionally, you can enable Cash on Pickup as a payment method available to your customers.

Rest assured that they prioritize the privacy and security of your data, providing a reliable and trustworthy payment solution for your E2C Store.
Payment ConfigurationOur payment providers PayPal and Stripe charge 2.9% + a fixed fee per transaction (subject to default currency of account). This is the industry standard for online payment processing and is required by most payment merchants.
To keep up with our mission of providing a free to use e-commerce platform to individuals and businesses, we only charge a 1% fee per transaction after a sale is made.
