Product categories allow businesses to organize products and make it easier for customers to find what they're looking for. For a clothing store, examples of categories include shirts, shorts, hats, etc.
Head over to Categories --> Add a Category in your E2C dashboard.
Provide a descriptive name for the category that accurately represents the type of products it will contain.
Create a unique category code in lowercase without spaces. This code will serve as the category URL for your store, eg: www.e2c.store/store-name/toys
Head over to Categories --> View All Categories in your E2C dashboard. Here you will have an overview of all the product categories you have created.
Make modifications to the category name or code if necessary.
Choose whether to activate or deactivate the status of a category. Activated categories will be visible and accessible to customers, while deactivated categories will be temporarily hidden from your store.
If a category has no associated products, you can choose to delete it. However, please note that categories with associated products cannot be deleted.

Head over to Products --> Add a Product in your E2C dashboard.
Provide essential product information such as the name, brand, previously created category selection, product code, and concise short and detailed long descriptions.
Fine-tune your product by specifying inventory status, adjusting product visibility, adding an optional tag, and including targeted keywords for enhanced search rankings.
Specify the product price, choose between automatic currency conversion or manual pricing for each currency, and optionally add an old price to showcase discounts.
Once you have added all the required product details, simply click "Next" to proceed to the Shipping Details.
Choose up to three shipping methods that best suit your business and customer needs.
Specify the estimated delivery time window for each shipping method to provide customers with accurate expectations.
Determine the shipping cost associated with each method or opt to offer free shipping.
If applicable, enable the option for customers to pick up the product from your store, providing an additional convenience for local customers.
Once you have added the shipping details, simply click "Next" to proceed to Adding Product Images.
Drag and drop up to six images into the upload box, ensuring each image is within the maximum file size limit of 5MB.
Once you've added the desired images, click "Upload Files" to initiate the upload process.
After the images are successfully uploaded, click "Finish" to complete the process of adding your product.
With the ability to edit product details, manage images, add product variations, and edit shipping information, users can ensure accurate and appealing product representation. Additionally, the option to activate or deactivate products and the ability to delete them when necessary provide flexibility and efficient inventory management.
Manage ProductsSimply click the arrow icon on a product to manage its variations.
Start by creating up to three variation categories, such as size, color, material, etc. to offer diverse options for your customers.
Within each variation category, add specific variations by specifying a value for each category and assigning a separate price.
Don't forget to click "Save Changes".
