First to pay gets it, not first to comment.
List each one-of-a-kind piece with a stock of one. Whoever checks out first gets it, the listing shows sold out, and you stop waiting on “sold!” comments that never pay.

They check out, not comment
Each piece has a stock of one. The first person to pay for it gets it.
It shows sold out by itself
Nobody else can check out with it, and you never have to edit the post to say it's gone.

The condition and the flaws, before anyone asks.
Every listing carries a condition, from Brand New to Preowned - Acceptable. Measurements and the mark on the cuff go in the description, so “what are the measurements?” stops being a DM.
- Stock of one for one-of-a-kind pieces. Boutique stock can have sizes, each with its own count.
- Markdowns show the original price crossed out next to the new one.
- Up to six photos per piece, plus a video link for the try-on.
