Partnership Agreement
Key Terms & Conditions
A referral is considered valid only if:
- The customer registers using your unique referral link
- The customer completes onboarding on the E2C platform
Partner fees are calculated on combined sales from all referred customers. The following are excluded from commission calculations:
- Taxes
- Refunds
- Chargebacks
- Credits
As a partner, you agree to:
- Promote the E2C platform professionally and ethically
- Use only company-approved branding and marketing materials
- Not make false, misleading, or unauthorized claims
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Partner fees are calculated quarterly (ending Mar, Jun, Sep, Dec). Payments are made within 30 days after each quarter ends via bank transfer, subject to you providing accurate payment and tax details.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you will be entitled to receive any unpaid partner fees earned prior to the termination date.
Partners are independent contractors. This agreement does not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship. Partners have no authority to bind E2C.
