No. Every store with a DNS-safe store name gets its subdomain automatically — no DNS records, settings, or purchase required.
Yes. Your existing path-based URL continues to work exactly as before. The subdomain is an additional, cleaner address for the same store.
A store name with spaces or special characters that aren't valid in a web address falls back to the standard path-based URL automatically. Nothing breaks — your store just won't have a subdomain until the name is updated to a DNS-safe one.
Yes. You can connect www.yourbrand.com or another subdomain you own, like shop.yourbrand.com, from Settings → Custom domain. SSL is set up for you, and your e2c.store addresses redirect to your domain once it's live. To have yourbrand.com work too, forward it to www.yourbrand.com at your domain provider.
Enter your domain in Settings → Custom domain, then add one CNAME record pointing it to stores.e2c.store wherever you manage your DNS. It usually goes live within minutes, but can take up to a few hours. If your domain is on Cloudflare, set the record to DNS only.
No. Subdomains are included automatically with every E2C store at no extra cost.
