  1. They ask you to save one

At the stall, in your DMs, or in the comments under your restock post.

  2. You send the candle’s link

Pickup at the market is a choice at checkout, next to shipping.

  3. You bring a paid order

Mark it Ready For Pickup and they get an email to come find you.

Print your store’s QR code for the table from the Marketing page in your dashboard.

Collect at the market or ship it. They choose at checkout.

Pickup sits next to your shipping options, with your market’s days and hours under it. Regulars skip the postage, and everyone else gets a box in the mail.

  • Up to three shipping methods per product, so the big three-wick jar can cost more to send than a tin.
  • Cash at pickup if they’d rather pay at the stall. You mark it paid when they hand it over.
  • Ready For Pickup sends them an email, so they know to come and find you.

Sell the seats for your pour-your-own night.

List the workshop on the same store as your candles. Set a price and a number of seats for each ticket type, and stop counting names in a group chat.

Guests get a QR code by email. On the night, scan them in from your phone.

Questions candle makers and crafters ask

Selling from your DMs in general? See how order links work.

E2C for other sellers

Can customers collect their order at a market?

Yes. Turn on pickup for a product and set your pickup address, days and hours. They show at checkout and in the order email. Mark the order Ready For Pickup when it's packed.

Can I take cash at the market?

Yes. Turn on cash at pickup. The order comes in as Cash at Pickup and you mark it paid when they hand it over.

Can I charge different shipping for heavy jars?

Each product can have up to three shipping methods with their own prices, so a three-wick jar can cost more to ship than a tin.

Can I sell tickets to a candle-making workshop?

Yes. Create an event with a date, place and ticket types, each with its own price and number of seats. Guests get a QR code by email and you check them in from your phone.

What does it cost?

Nothing a month. E2C takes 1.99% of each sale. Card and PayPal payments also carry the processor's fee. Cash at pickup has no processor fee.
