Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, and selected shipping method.

Methods & Estimated Transit Times:

  • Standard: 3–7 business days (domestic)
  • Expedited: 1–3 business days (domestic)
  • International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance

Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Address Changes: If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but changes may not be possible once the order has been processed or shipped.

 

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.

  • Customs processing may extend delivery timelines beyond our estimates.
  • Refused packages due to unpaid duties/taxes may be returned to us; any return-related shipping fees may be deducted from the refund if applicable.

 

Returns Policy

Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging (including all tags and accessories).
  • Non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable software, final-sale/clearance items, and personalized or custom-made products (unless defective or damaged).

Return Shipping Costs: For domestic returns, we may provide a prepaid label for eligible items; otherwise, return postage is the customer’s responsibility. International return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply with instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization (RMA) and label.
  3. Pack items securely and include the original packing slip or order confirmation.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

 

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or variant, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order. Alternatively, contact us to check availability for a direct exchange.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will repair, replace, or refund the item at no additional cost to you.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package appears lost in transit or is marked as delivered but not received, contact the carrier and our support team. While ownership may transfer once marked delivered, we’ll assist you with a carrier investigation and work toward a fair resolution.
