All payments made through this website are securely processed by Stripe, an independent third-party payment gateway, in accordance with Stripe’s terms, conditions, and privacy policies.
MMNA Canada does not store, process, or have direct access to credit card or payment information. All payment transactions, authorizations, and security measures are handled exclusively by Stripe.
In the event of any payment-related dispute, including but not limited to unauthorized transactions, chargebacks, billing errors, or payment failures, you agree to contact your credit card issuer and/or Stripe directly for resolution. MMNA Canada shall not be responsible for, nor participate in, any arbitration, mediation, or dispute proceedings related to payment processing or chargebacks.
By completing a payment on this platform, you acknowledge and agree that MMNA Canada bears no liability for payment processing errors, disputes, delays, or reversals initiated by third-party payment providers or financial institutions.
